May 1997 and held management roles responsible for research, paraplanning, and technical support at a dealer group level prior to moving into private practice.<\/p>\n<p>He is a Certified Financial Planner\u2122 (\u201cCFP\u00ae\u201d) and has been managing wealth creation, superannuation, retirement and wealth protection strategies for clients since May 1997.<\/p>\n<p>CFP\u00ae membership is reserved for those who have demonstrable qualifications and experience attesting to their expertise in financial planning. It is the highest level of professional endorsement offered by the Financial Planning Association of Australia (\u201cFPA\u201d) &#8211; and carries international recognition.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew is a graduate of the Securities Institute\u2019s Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. He also holds the Diploma of Financial Planning \u2013 awarded via the FPA and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, and the Diploma of Finance &amp; Mortgage Broking Management.<\/p>\n<p>In February 2014, Matthew completed his Master of Commerce (Professional Accounting) through the University of New England.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew continually develops his professionalism with memberships to relevant industry bodies.
